My daily routine consists of going to school, daydreaming for 8 hours straight, going home and then either listening to music while thinking of things happening or browsing imageboards that I don't even like. I cannot find any new hobbies that I actually enjoy because I immediately get bored of them in under 5 minutes and get distracted because for some reason I impulsively feel the need to refresh this shithole to see if there are any new posts. I am going insane from lack of socialization because I haven't had any real friends since 4th grade and drifted apart from my online ones months ago. I am on the verge of dropping out from high school and being sent to work in industry because of my failing classes. I have tried everything I can to fix this since the start of the year, I tried a dopamine detox which I immediately gave up on because it was sensory deprivation torture, I tried every study method there out there, I tried exercising, I tried multivitamins, I tried timers, and not a single one of them worked. I don't remember the last time I had fun and I realistically have no hope for the future.
