Haven't watched Disney for like 20 years and the last was Treasure Planet and Atlantis. Still, traditional 2D animation is cool.

i feel like lookign at any animated shit past like 15 years of age is a sign of autism and reddit mindvirus disorder

Including 3D?

having female wolf/fox character isnt inherently adultish you sick pedozoo freak

the problem is the market mostly, no matter what the artistic drivel is for disney it is the primary drivel and final say on what is being done, and in this situation they would either make shitty shows for streaming services in 2d (which is questionable) or start doing anime (unrealistic), the classic 2d disney style pieces do not have a demand

Animation let you explore things that are much more difficult to recreate in real life.

I could build upon what you said and include CGI to that as that is essentially "animated". Maybe we should all go back to stage plays I guess.

It does all come down to the bottom line and the trend that everyone moved to 3D. So yeah.

That was a joke anon taken from a tic-tok site. The content is Hunchback of Notre Dame which has long been criticized for having more adult themes than most Disney movies.

Like most reasons they change things, 3D animation is easier and cheaper to create than trying to manage and pay a bunch of traditional animators.

well first they expect this from disney/pixar already, second they expect high frequency in animation (as you said yourself its more easy to produce) and third as i said before the only high demand 2d animation style now is anime and idfk i really doubt that disney is gonna do anime
