As someone who was groomed online for most of my teenage years, I don’t think trans people have any higher of a rate of being predators or sexually assaulting people than non trans people do. When I was living as a trans guy, most of my groomers were adult cisgender men. I had another trans guy who pressured me into doing stuff when I was 17, and when I was 15, I was being groomed by someone who now identifies as a trans woman, but when she was grooming me, she was identifying as a gay man. I think you have to stop listening to mainstream media for a little bit, because it is not accurate at all.
