Caffeine. Aspirin. Ibuprofen.
Sometimes even Alc*h*l.
Caffeine doesn't do much other than make you more wakeful. Maybe an annoying muscle twitch in your eyelid or something.
Aspirin makes my headaches go away. Ibuprofen is similar but works less well IMO.
Alcohol is overrated, it makes your face warm and maybe you get a bit of vision lag and extremely mild euphoria when moving around.
